We will happily ship anywhere in the world. Our website is set up to accept shipping addresses from many countries. If you are unable to enter your country, please email ( and we will do our best to add it promptly.

We try our best to get items out as soon as possible, usually within 3 business days. We understand the need for immediate accessory gratification. If you are in a unavoidable rush (you have a very important social event for which you must wear the collage earrings you are purchasing or your sister’s birthday is in three days and you must give her a bloom necklace or some other such dire emergency), please add this information to the comment section of your order and we will do our best to help you out. If you would like to pay for express shipping, please send an email and we can get you a quote.

If you are having something altered or duplicated (in the case of bridesmaid necklaces or similar circumstances), you will be given an ETA when we quote you on the order. We will do our best to get it shipped before that date. Please be aware that those dates given to you supersede the shipping time above.

For standard delivery in Canada, we ship via Canada Post. Shipping is calculated per item.  Each item will incur a $3.00 shipping charge.

For standard delivery in the USA, we ship via Canada Post Airmail, USA Service.  Shipping is calculated per item.  Each item will incur a $4.00 shipping charge, up to $12.

For express shipping, we ship with Fedex or Expedited Service through Canada Post.  In Canada, we use 2 day shipping.  For express shipping to the US, we offer 5 day service, although we cannot guarantee the arrival as on occaision, packages can be held up at the border.  If you select express shipping, you will have a tracking number sent to you. 

*Purchases above $250 will recieve free standard shipping.   Your fifth item and above will recieve free shipping.  These shipping incentives will be awarded by way of a refund for the shipping fee, after payment.

Selected international destinations are a flat rate of $10.00.  This charge will cover the shipping of up to 4 items, possibly more (depending on weight).  If the shipping to your destination greatly exceeds this rate, you will be contacted so that you can advise us how to proceed.  If your destination country is not listed, please contact us so we can accomodate your request.  Jewelry is small and light and is suprisingly inexpensive to ship from Canada to international destinations.   We do not offer an express option for destinations outside Canada and the United States.  If you desperately need quicker shipping, please email for a quotation. 

Please note that we are not responsible for the shipping time once we relinquish the package to the shipping service.  We can advise that shipping within Canada takes approximately 3 business days (sometimes less).  Shipping to US destinations takes approximately 6-8 business days, but has been known to take longer with customs.  International destinations vary greatly.



All prices are in Canadian dollars. Purchases made with credit cards or Paypal accounts outside of Canada are subject to the current exchange rates as specified by your financial institution (credit card or bank).

We currently accept payment through Paypal. You need not have an account to pay through Paypal. You can pay with most credit cards without opening an account. Paypal is a very secure method of payment. Your information will be kept private and secure. They also offer a good measure of security on your transactions. Please see their policies for further information.

Tweak withholds PST and GST for all orders shipped to any location within the Province of Ontario. The Ontario PST rate is currently 8%; The GST rate is currently 5%. On items shipped to Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Newfoundland & Labrador, 14% HST will be withheld.  Goods shipped to all other Canadian provinces will incur only 5% GST. Items shipped internationally will not be taxed. Tweak is not responsible for any taxes and/or tariffs incurred on international shipments.

Please Note: In an effort to be as green as we can, we do not include a printed copy of your order in the shipment, unless you request it. You will receive an email with a copy of your order immediately after purchase. An email is also sent to notify you that your package has shipped.
