We want you to be over the moon about your tweak purchases. If an item fails to meet your expectations, we will do whatever we can to remedy the situation.

We will accept returns for the following reasons:

  1. We shipped the wrong item. Oops, our fault. We will send you the right item, as soon as you let us know about the mix up. We will also cover the cost of the return shipping of the wrong item, in the form of a refund for the original shipping charge. Sorry, this doesn’t work if you thought you had chosen a different piece than you received. 
  2. Your piece arrives broken. This is a sad occurrence, and we do all we can to avoid it, but it is not unheard of. We will pay for the return of the broken piece, fix it and return it to you. If it is a minor problem (you still absolutely love the piece and don’t want to part with it), please let us know that it was damaged in shipping so we can “tweak” our packaging as necessary. 
  3.  You’ve changed your mind. We know how it is. Sometimes you change your mind. We will exchange the piece or refund you as soon as we have the item(s) safely back within 21 days of purchase. All items must be in original condition with all of their packaging. In this situation, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund total, you will have to cover the cost of return shipping and there will be a small restocking fee.  

Custom orders cannot be refunded. If you want to cancel a custom order after purchase, 50% of the purchase price is non-refundable. If the custom order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
